At 6 pm, join Ann in her Castleknock home for a small-group Irish cooking evening. Make soda bread, leek and potato soup, Beef and Guinness casserole, and colcannon, then sit down together for dinner and learn to prepare Jameson Irish coffee. You’ll take home a recipe booklet, too.
